Our Research

This project is part of our Global Perspectives course, where we explore significant global issues through research and collaboration. Our team is dedicated to understanding and addressing challenges that have far-reaching effects on society and the environment.We chose to focus on plastic pollution because it is a critical issue affecting every corner of the world. Our goal is to investigate the causes, impacts, and potential solutions to this problem, and to contribute to a broader understanding of how we can all play a role in reducing plastic waste.

Our team conducted surveys to collect data and opinions from a diverse group of individuals on their understanding of plastic pollution, their habits regarding plastic use, and their willingness to adopt more sustainable practices. The responses helped us identify key areas where awareness is needed and provided valuable insights into public perception and behavior

Interview

We have Held interviews with environmental experts, local leaders, and community members to gain deeper insights into the causes, effects, and potential solutions to plastic pollution. These interviews allowed us to understand the issue from various perspectives, helping to shape our project's approach and recommendations.

Awareness program

We organized an awareness program aimed at educating the community about the dangers of plastic pollution and encouraging sustainable practices. The program included informational sessions, interactive activities, and distribution of educational materials, all designed to empower individuals to take action in reducing plastic waste.
